It seems to me that babies are experts at making themselves comfortable, so for this week’s photo challenge I decided to let Lil Miss Awesome demonstrate “Comfort.” I couldn’t stop at just one photo, though, because she’s just too cute!

So sweet! My sister used to suck her fingers just like that. Wow. I used to find so much comfort in sucking my index finger as a child. Thank you for the trip down memory lane!
No probs! We think she got the finger-sucking from me – someone pointed out that when I seem to be concentrating on something, I ‘bite’ my little finger. I’d never even noticed I was doing it!

Babies and animals. I wanted to take a photo with Danger Dog snuggled up to her but he was too busy making himself comfortable in my chair 😛

Yeah, she was overtired and had been fighting sleep for a while, and it finally won. Don’t worry, though, as soon as I’d taken that quick picture, I moved her into a more traditional sleeping position!
Am not worried at all…am sure Lil miss Awesome in the best hand she could ever have. I wanna have my own Lil Miss Awesome soon 🙂

She is too cute! It amazes me how many different positions babies can fall a sleep in and still look comfortable. One time I put my little cousin into bed. I checked on him in the middle of the night and found him sleeping in the middle of the floor, clutching onto his baby blanket, with his lil bootie in the air. haha

Yeah I know, and yet I have trouble falling asleep in the usual positions and in a comfy bed! Maybe I should try folding in half with my head jammed up against a wall the way Lil Miss Awesome does…
